To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned with all parts and included accessories.

OrthoPress warranties the device against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. In case the device fails due to a defect, email photos of the failed parts and a written description of what happened. We will send replacement parts at our expense if we determine it was defective.
