Description

Surgeons and hand therapists use the FingerPress for PIP Flexion Contractures. That’s when the middle joint of the finger is bent and can’t be straightened. It is extremely common, attributed to many different causes, and often hard to resolve without surgery. The FingerPress was designed to stretch the PIP joint into maximum extension, gradually increasing the range of motion until it can be fully straightened.
This treatment is not indicated for all PIP Flexion Contractures, depending on the cause or underlying conditions. Ask your hand surgeon whether FingerPress is right for you.
